FORTRAN-lint® is a stand alone tool designed to analyze and document FORTRAN source programs at all stages of development. FORTRAN-lint is more comprehensive than the standard compiler. It analyzes source files both individually and as a group, and therefore can identify problems that are completely beyond the scope of the compiler, including those annoying common block problems.
